The Journey

Your care journey, mapped out from the start.

Six clear steps, from the moment you get in touch to the everyday care that keeps your smile well.

No surprises, ever

Knowing what happens next makes all the difference.

Dental treatment should never feel like something being done to you. Our job is to take the uncertainty out of it, so you feel comfortable, well informed and genuinely confident about the step you are taking towards better oral health.

That starts with talking properly. At every stage we will tell you what we have found, which treatments we would recommend and exactly why. You are welcome to ask anything, raise anything that worries you, and take as much time as you need. The decisions are yours, and we would much rather you made them well than quickly.

Step by step

How your treatment unfolds.

Every mouth is different, so the clinical detail varies. The way we communicate with you does not.

1

Book your consultation

Get in touch however suits you and our reception team will find a time that works. No obligation, no commitment beyond the conversation.

2

Come in and meet us

You will sit down with one of our clinicians and talk through what is on your mind, what you need and what you would like to change.

3

Look at your options together

We share what we found and walk you through the realistic ways forward, what each one involves and what each one costs.

4

Take your plan home

You leave with a written treatment plan covering everything we discussed, so you can read it properly and decide in your own time.

5

Start when you are ready

Once the plan feels right to you, we book your appointments and begin. Not a moment before.

6

Keep your smile well

Afterwards our dentists and oral hygienist stay with you: a hygiene visit every six months and a check-up at least once a year.

Staying well afterwards

The journey does not stop when treatment does.

Once your treatment is complete, our dentists and oral hygienist stay with you for the long run. Prevention is what protects the work you have just had done.
